Adam Holbrook, 72, of Sergent passed away Monday, January 1, 2018 at his residence. Adam was the son of the late Elisha and Martha Jane Stamper Holbrook. Surviving is his wife: Gwendolyn Seals Holbrook; 1 son: Adam Wayne (Norma) Holbrook of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; 1 daughter: Stevonn (Danny) Page of Lexington; 1 stepson: Jimmy Tolliver of Littcarr; 2 sisters: Nannie Gardas, Abingdon, Virginia and Millie Combs of Nashville, Arkansas; grandchildren: Adam Wayne Holbrook II,  Rachel Leia Wimpee, Kevin Christopher Napier, Seth Lee Napier; step grandchildren: Janelle Chandler and Michael Solorio; 3 great grandchildren: Michael Drew Chandler, Liam Isaac Chandler, and Kristin Lorelei Napier. Adam was preceded in death by 1 brother: Paul Holbrook. Funeral: 1:00 O'clock P.M. Wednesday, January 3, 2018 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Todd Amburgey and Larry Holbrook officiating. Visitation: 6:00 P.M. - 9:00 P.M. Tuesday at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Seals Cemetery at Littcarr, Kentucky.
