Andy Fields Jr., 54, of Kingscreek passed away Saturday, August 1, 2015 at his residence. Andy was the son of the late Andy and Echo Rose Fields. Surviving is his wife; Amelia Fields; 2 daughters: Amanda (Jason) Fields Hall of Hazard and Megan (Raymond) Fields Perkins of Whitesburg; 1 brother: James Fields of Lexington; 3 sisters: Barbara Ashley of Indiana, Lynn (Roger) Ball of Sharps Chapel, Tennessee, and Rosemary Frazier of Whitesburg; 2 grandchildren: Lilah Perkins and Emilee Perkins. Andy was preceded in death by 2 brothers; John Fields and Charles Fields; 1 sister: Sue Stidham. Memorial Service: 7:00 O'clock P.M. Monday, August 3, 2015 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Chris Gilley officiating. Visitation: 6:00 P.M. Monday at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel.
