Arthur Richardson, 71, of Neon passed away Tuesday, October 17, 2017 at the Hospice Care Center in Hazard, Kentucky. Arthur was the son of the late Elmer Richardson and Laura Hoskins. Surviving is his wife: Phyllis Richardson; 4 daughters: Opal and Derek McCall of Neon, Dolly and Shannon Long of Norton, Virginia, Marilyn and Steven Couch of Leatherwood, and Amanda Callahan of Jenkins; 4 sons: Markus and Chandala Richardson of Jackhorn, Arthur Richardson of Neon, and Kasey and Kameron Hall of Neon; 1 sister: Alice and Robert Wells of Wooton; 14 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren. Arthur was preceded in death by 1 brother: Stanley Hoskins; 1 daughter: Heather Hall; 1 daughter-in-law: Amy Richardson. Funeral: 1:00 O'clock P.M. Friday, October 20, 2017 at the Seco Freewill Baptist Church with Derek McCall, and Rocky Craft officiating. Visitation: 6:00 P.M. Wednesday at the Seco Freewill Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Whitaker Cemetery at Seco, Kentucky.
