Benny Adams, 62, of Whitesburg passed away Sunday, September 25, 2016 at the Pikeville Medical Center. Benny was the son of the late Grant and Corine Spangler Adams. Surviving is his wife: Janice Franks Adams; 1 daughter: Andrea Michelle Blain of Grover, NC; 2 sons: Justin Floyd Adams and Benjamin Michael Adams both of Whitesburg; 2 brothers: Larry Adams of Mayking and Charles Adams of Thornton: 1 sister: Linda Gallion of Bradenton, FL; 6 grandchildren: David, Joshua, Dalton, Maddox and Nate. Funeral 1:00 PM Tuesday, September 27, 2016 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Bill Craft officiating. Visitation 6:00 PM Monday, September 26, 2016 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Green Acres Cemetery.
