Bob Creech, 88, of Jenkins, Kentucky passed away at Pikeville Medical Center on Sunday, September 18, 2016. He was born February 8, 1928 in Kingscreek to the late Horace and Lora Fields Creech. He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Wyleene Creech, and two children, Penny Creech and Jack David Creech; and his brother Harvey Creech. Survived by two children; Nelson Creech and his wife Janice; and Robin Kincer and her husband, Dwayne.; Grandchildren:Brad ( Talley) Damron, Todd (Tracy) Creech, David (Jessica) Creech, Bobbi (Brian) Eldridge, and Samuel ( Sarah) Kiser.; 11 Great Grandkids and 1 Great-Great Grandchild.  As well as a host of nieces, and nephews. Bob was a US Air Force veteran and spent most of his working years as a coal miner and in the coal mining industry and  he was very proud of that. Bob was a Christian, a member of the Big Cowan Old Regular Baptist , and spent most of his life attending the churches of the Indian Bottom Association.  Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. at the Big Cowan Old Regular Baptist Church with Roger Fields and others officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday, September 20, 2016 from 6:00 p.m. -10:00 p.m. at the church. In Lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to Big Cowan Old Regular Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Ratliff Cemetery.
