Bobbie Odessia Fields Bowman, 69, of Cowan passed away Tuesday, September 29, 2015 at her residence. Bobbie was the daughter of the late William Grant and Alma Halcomb Miles. Surviving is her husband: Winfrey Kenny Bowman; 4 children: Melissa Ann Tyree (Randy) of Whitesburg, Greta Odessia Wilson (Randy) of Lexington, Kenetta Faye Gibson (James) of Lexington, and Kenneth Waylon Fields (Lillian) of Whitesburg; stepchildren: Mary Day (Alonzo) of Pert Creek, Winfrey Allen Bowman (Anita) of Pert Creek, and Kenny Lane Bowman (Rachel) of Lebanon; 10 grandchildren: Miranda, Christopher, Courtney, Dylan, Craig, Kayla, Sabriena, Jimmy, Alex, and Kenny; 7 great grandchildren; 2 special sisters: Nancy Lawson and Pam Halcomb. Bobbie was preceded in death by her 1st husband: Kenneth Ray Fields; 1 brother: Franklin D. Miles. Funeral: 1:00 O'clock P.M. Friday, October 2, 2015 at the Calvary Temple Church with Conard Profitt officiating. Visitation: 6:00 P.M. Wednesday at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel and 4:00 P.M. Friday at the Calvary Temple Church. Burial will follow in the Miles Cemetery at Cowan, Kentucky.
