Charles Thomas Fields, 35, of Roxana passed away Thursday, December 1, 2016 at Roxana, KY. Charles was the son of Mary Lou Fields and the late Larry Fields. Surviving other than his mother is 2 sons: Tori Thomas Fields of Premium, and David Holbrook of Jenkins; 1 daughter: Tamara Smith of Premium; 1 brother: Jonathan Fields of Sandlick; 1 sister: Pamela Green of Kingscreek along with a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing. Funeral 1:00 O'clock P.M. at the Kingscreek Community Church Sunday, December 4, 2016 with Jimmy Dotson officiating. Visitation 6:00 - 10:00 O'clock P.M. at the Kingscreek Community Church Saturday, December 3, 2016. Burial will follow in the Fields Cemetery at Cowan, KY.
