Clifford Blair, 56, of Isom passed away Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at his residence. Clifford was the son of the late Clarence and Lucy Halcomb Blair. Surviving is his wife: Deborah Lynn Morris Blair; 2 sons: Ryan Phillips of Dayton, Ohio and Derrick Clifford Blair of Kingscreek; 1 daughter: Brittani Blair of Home; 4 brothers: Will Blair of Redfox, Steven Blair of Jeremiah, Bill Blair of Eolia, and Charles Blair of Whitesburg; 4 sisters: Mary Goff of Tennessee, Kitty Emmons of Indiana, Mattie Adams of Indiana, and Sylvania Whitaker of Jeremiah; 1 grandchild: Autumn Olivia Rayne Griffie. Clifford was preceded in death by his first wife: Zelma Blair; 2 brothers: Onus Blair and Dave Blair; 3 sisters: Lola Crawford, Edna Helton, and Hazel Banks. Funeral: 1:00 O'clock P.M. Sunday, June 11, 2017 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Roy Slone and Jimmy Dotson officiating. Visitation: 6:00 P.M. Friday and 6:00 P.M. Saturday at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Patrick Collins Cemetery at Isom, Kentucky.
