Dizzy Dean Strickland, 78, of Seco passed away Saturday, June 27, 2015 at the Parkview Nursing and Rehab Center in Pikeville, Kentucky. Dizzy was the son of the late Thomas Roy and Letha Jane Moore Strickland. Surviving is a brother: James Darrell Strickland. Funeral: 11:00 O'clock A.M. Wednesday, July 1, 2015 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Bufford Combs officiating. Visitation: 6:00 P.M. Tuesday at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Strickland Family Cemetery at Seco, Kentucky.
