Donna Kaye (Sis) Adams of Jeremiah passed away Tuesday, February 9, 2016 at the Whitesburg ARH. Donna Kaye was the daughter of the late Leon and Martha Adams of Jeremiah. Surviving is 1 sister: Carol Adams Howard; 1 niece: Lana Banks; 2 uncles: Curt (Doylene) Adams and Melvin (Maise) Adams. Also surviving loved ones are: Kirk (Sharon) Adams, Deliah (Dennis) Foreman, Delphanie (David) Keeble, June (Ann) Adams, Jeff (Jill) Adams, Dewayne (Debbie) Adams, Genia (Tony) Hoffman, Jessica Whitaker, Jaimie (Thomas) Whitaker, Bertha Howard. She was preceded in death by her grandparents: Melvin and Pearl Adams and Green and Celia Back; 1 great nephew: Logan Jay Howard. Funeral: 1:00 O'clock P.M. Saturday, February 13, 2016 at the Blair Branch Old Regular Baptist Church with David Jent, Allen Whitaker, and Richard Hampton officiating. Visitation: 11:00 A.M. Saturday at the Blair Branch Old Regular Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Family Cemetery at Jeremiah, Kentucky.
