Dorothy Caudill, 96, of Little Cowan passed away Thursday, November 26, 2015 at the Whitesburg Appalachian Regional Healthcare Center. Dorothy was the daughter of the late Joe and Della Basham. She was the widow of David Caudill. Surviving is 1 son: Dorce "Sonny" Caudill and wife Joyce of Whitesburg; 2 sisters: Lorraine Wooton of Las Vegas, Nevada and Hazel Gross of Salisbury, Maryland; 2 grandchildren: Ricky Caudill and wife Debbie of Big Cowan and Tim Caudill and wife Cheryl of Whitesburg; 1 great grandchildren: Kayla Caudill of Big Cowan. The family wishes to extend a special thanks to caregivers: Allen and Betty Sexton. Funeral: 11:00 O'clock A.M. Saturday, November 28, 2015 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Johnny Banks officiating. Visitation: 6:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. Friday at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Hop Gibson Cemetery at Little Cowan, Kentucky.
