Earl King, 77, of Sandlick passed away Sunday, April 30, 2017 at the Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard, Kentucky. Earl was the son of the late Willie and Polly Banks King. Surviving is his wife: Louise Dixon King; 1 son: David King of Sandlick; 3 daughters: Earlene Burton of Crafts Colley, Lisa King of Sandlick and Betty Ann King of Sandlick; 2 sisters: Pauline Bates of Whitesburg and Linda Polly of Whitco; 2 grandchildren: Joshua Callahan and Sarah King; 1 great grandchild: Jaxon Callahan. Funeral: 1:00 O'clock P.M. Thursday, May 4, 2017 at the Calvary Temple Church with Conard Profitt and Tim Allen officiating. Visitation: 6:00 P.M. Tuesday and 6:00 P.M. Wednesday at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Green Acres Cemetery at Ermine, Kentucky.
