Eugene Collins, 64, of Whitesburg passed away Saturday, November 18, 2017 at the Whitesburg ARH. Eugene was the son of the late Patrick and Georgia Frazier Collins. Surviving are 3 brothers: Tony Collins of Maynardville, TN, Billy Collins of Hindman, and Paul Collins of Garrett; 2 sisters: LaQuata Kidd of Corbin and Sandra Stewart of Mayking. Funeral: 1:00 PM, Monday, November 20, 2017 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM Monday at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Frazier Cemetery at Premium, Kentucky.
