Glen Cooper, 70, of Kingscreek entered eternal life on Wednesday, August 12, 2015 at the Holston Valley Medical Center in Kingsport, Tennessee. Glen was the son of the late Sam and Viola Boggs. Surviving is his wife: Helen Fields Cooper; 1 daughter: Whitney Kane Cooper; 4 grandchildren: Noah Marcus Blair, Allison Kane Hobson, Blaine Joseph Hobson, and Avery Cooper Blair; 1 sister: Jewel Falin (Bill) of Noblesville, Indiana. Other significant relatives include Larry and Ada Damrell and Ronnie Fields (Rebecca). Glen was preceded in death by his son: Marcus Glen Cooper and his daughter: Melanie Carol Cooper Blair; and his stepbrother: Warren Boggs. Funeral: 11:00 O'clock A.M. Friday, August 14, 2015 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Jimmy Dotson, Glen Cornett, and Woodrow Fields officiating. Visitation: 6:00 P.M. Thursday at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Ratliff Cemetery at Kingscreek, Kentucky.
