Jeri L. Blair, 70, of Blackey, KY. passed away on Tuesday, September 12, 2017 at the Pikeville Medical Center. Jeri was the daughter of the late Brady and Stella Blair. She is survived by William Walters, whom she loved. 2 sisters: Ruth Blair Price "Greg" of Blackey, KY., Dorothy Ison "Gid" of Blackey, KY.; 1 brother: Earl "Bud" Blair of Letcher, KY.; 3 daughters: Melissa McCoy "Ralph" of Walton, KY., Toni Maggard "Greg" of Whitesburg, KY., Ruthie McKee of Blackey, KY.; 6 grandchildren: Deanna Maggard of Isom, KY., Kayla Maggard of Whitesburg, KY., William Cox and Randy Cox (Alexis) all of Williamstown, KY., Raven and Ethan McKee of Blackey, KY.; 2 great grandchildren: Gregory and Kolbe whom she loved dearly, along with a host of family and friends to mourn her passing. Funeral: 1:00 O'clock P.M. Friday, September 15, 2017 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Danny Dixon, Elwood Cornett, and Robbie Delph officiating. Visitation: 6:00 P.M. Thursday at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Blair Cemetery at Letcher, Kentucky.
