Josephine Blair, 75, of Letcher passed away Friday, December 2, 2016 at her residence. Josephine was the daughter of the late Brady and Stella Elam Blair. Surviving is 1 daughter: Kimberly Gibson of Letcher; 1 brother: Earl Blair of Letcher; 3 sisters: Dorothy Ison, Ruth Price, and Geri Blair all of Blackey; 6 grandchildren: Nathan, Zachary, Kristen, Miranda, Jennifer, and Kelli; 3 great grandchildren: Addison, Gracelyn, and Harley. Josephine was preceded in death by 1 son: Brian Smith; 1 brother: Bernard Blair; 2 sisters: Bernice Caudill and Barbara Polk; 1 great grandchild: Nora. Visitation: 2:00 P.M. - 10:00 P.M. Sunday, December 4, 2016 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel.
