Kernal Dean "Shorty" Sexton, 69, of Little Colley passed away Monday, May 22, 2017 at the Whitesburg Appalachian Regional Healthcare Center. Kernal was the son of the late John and Minnie Gibson Sexton. Surviving is 2 stepsons: Mike Paul Perez and Steve Lee Williams; 4 brothers: Norma Sexton, Boliver Sexton, Oliver Sexton, and Francis Sexton; 3 sisters: Nora Logan, Rita Caudill, and Connie Cook. Kernal was preceded in death by 2 brothers: Jerry Sexton and Larry Sexton; 2 sisters: Linda Sue Humphrey and Stella Burns. Graveside Service: 1:00 O'clock P.M. Friday, May 26, 2017 at the Green Acres Cemetery at Ermine, Kentucky.
