Lyle Frazier, 61, of Whitesburg passed away Wednesday, November 30, 2016 at his residence. Lyle was the son of the late Gilby and Imogene Caudill Frazier. Surviving is his wife: Donna Combs Frazier; 4 sisters: Kletta Frazier, Letha Lilly, Ethelene Thomas, and Oveta Davis along with a host of nieces and nephews. Lyle was preceded in death by 2 brothers: Kellis Frazier and Edward Frazier. Funeral: 2:00 O'clock P.M. Saturday, December 3, 2016 at the Letcher Independent Baptist Church with Bill Jones officiating. Visitation: 6:00 P.M. Friday at the Letcher Independent Church. Burial will follow in the Burton Hill Cemetery at Letcher, Kentucky.
