Macie Cook, 84, of Mayking passed away Tuesday, January 10, 2017 at her residence. Macie was the daughter of the late Norwood Gibson and Bonnie Vance. Surviving is her husband: Dan Cook; 1 son: Ronnie Cook of Mayking; 2 daughters: Judy Gibson of Wise, Virginia and Teresa Wright of Isom; 3 brothers: Richard Gibson, Jimmy Gibson, Dingas Gibson all of Michigan; 3 half brothers: Darrel Gibson, Arnold Gibson, and David Gibson; 5 grandchildren: Derek Cook, Michael Wright, Jonathan Wright, Brian Gibson, and Ryan Gibson; 7 great grandchildren: Kyleigh Wright, Riley Wright, Jaleigh Wright, Jaydon Wright, Aaron Cook, Macie Gibson, and Maxwell Gibson. Macie was preceded in death by a grandson: Travis Daniel Wright; 2 sisters: Norma Jean Harris and Beatrice Gibson. Graveside Service: 12:00 O'clock Noon Saturday, January 14, 2017 at the Green Acres Cemetery with Bill Craft officiating. Visitation: 6:00 P.M. Friday at the Faith Community Church.
