Martha Hughes, 73, of Deane passed away Friday, August 23, 2017 at the UK Healthcare Center in Lexington, Ky. Martha was the daughter of the late Simon and Ethel Meade Hall. She was the widow of Stanley Hughes. Surviving are 2 sons: Danny Hughes and Keith Hughes both of Deane; 1 daughter: Darlene Mobley of Deane, Ky; 1 half brother: Floyd Sexton of Pike County; 9 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren. Martha was preceded death by 2 sons: Leslie Hughes and Stanley Ray Hughes; along with a host of half brothers and sisters. Funeral: 12:00 Noon Tuesday, August 29,2017 at the Deane Baptist Church with Floyd Sexton and Pete Sexton officiating. Visitation: 6:00 PM at the Deane Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Hughes Family Cemetery at Deane, Kentucky.
