Mervin "Trigger" Dunn Jr., 72 of Premium passed away Monday, July 20, 2015 at the Whitesburg Appalachain Reigonal Healthcare Center. "Trigger" was the son of the late Mervin Dunn and Maxine Banks Henderson. Surviving is his wife: Reba Ratliff Dunn; 1 son: Ronald Dunn of Premium; 3 daughters: Teresa (Mike) Blair of Letcher, Paula (Allen) Day of Premium, and Melissa (Ray) Eldridge of Premium; 1 brother: Robert Dunn of Ohio; 4 sisters: Teresa Dunn of Ohio, Stella Adams of Isom, Gloria Dollarhide of Premium, and Denise Caudill of Premium; 7 grandchildren: Holly, Wendy, Kendra, Michael, Allen, Austin, and Jonathon ; 3 great grandchildren: Madison, Amelia, and Layla; special aunt: Billie Jo Hood of Richmond, Virginia. Funeral: 1:00 O'clock P.M. Thursday, July 23, 2015 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Buddy Collins, Robert Halcomb, and Buford Combs officiating. Visitation: 6:00 P.M. Wednesday at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Dunn Cemetery at Premium, Kentucky.
