Paul Sturgill, 72, of Eolia passed away Friday, October 13, 2017 at the Bluegrass Care Navigators in Hazard, Kentucky. Paul was the son of the late Everett and Gertie Bell Boggs Sturgill. Surviving is 1 brother: Clarence (Jewell) Sturgill of Eolia; 1 sister: Opal (Lee) Sexton of Linefork; nephews: Clarence Jr. Sturgill (Nae) and William Conley Sturgill (Nicole); great nieces and great nephews: Luke Sturgill, Hunter Sturgill, and McKenzie Sturgill, Nevaeh Sturgill, Madison Raine, Jeffery Hall, Scotty Hall, Dewayne Hall, and Katie. Paul was preceded in death by 1 brother: Kenneth Sturgill; 1 sister: Betty Hall; 1 nephew: David Hall. Funeral: 12:00 O'clock Noon, Monday, October 16, 2017 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Johnny Sexton, Roger Burke, and Damon Sexton officiating. Visitation: 6:00 P.M. Sunday at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Joel Sturgill Cemetery at Eolia, Kentucky.
