Rebecca Renee Mitchell Loy, 39, of Ridgeland, South Carolina passed away Sunday, November 15, 2015 at her residence. Rebecca was the daughter of the late Raymond and Polly Triplett Mitchell. Surviving is her husband Stanley Loy; 2 sons: Aaron Michael Adams of Ermine and Billy Dakota Ingram of Jenkins; 1 sister: Connie Whitaker of Leatherwood. Funeral: 7:00 O'clock P.M. Friday, November 20, 2015 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Frank Adams officiating. Visitation: 6:00 P.M. Friday at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Graveside Service: 1:00 O'clock P.M. Saturday, November 21, 2015 at the Whispering Pines Cemetery at Delphia, Kentucky.
