Sally Jane Caudill, 62, of Isom passed away Saturday, May 16, 2015 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center. Sally was the daughter of the late Monroe and Rainie Hampton Caudill. Surviving is 1 son: Allen M. Fugate of Blackey and her companion: Curt Cornett. Funeral: 3:00 O'clock P.M. Tuesday, May 19, 2015 at the Mt. Olivet Old Regular Baptist Church with David Jent, Merl Caudill, Danny Dixon, Elwood Cornett, and Robert Holcomb officiating. Visitation: 6:00 P.M. Monday at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Hampton Cemetery at Letcher, Kentucky.
