Shirley Frazier Breeding, 80, of Isom passed away Sunday, February 25, 2018 at the Whitesburg Appalachian Regional Healthcare Center. Shirley was the daughter of the late Boone and Dorothy Adams Frazier. Surviving is 2 daughters: Sherie Caudill (Terry) of Mayking and Jackie Joseph (Mike) of Smoot Creek; 1 stepson: Larry Breeding (Barbara) of Lexington; 1 sister: Gleeda Hall of Sturgis; 5 grandchildren: Sarah, Mary, Hannah, Dustin, and Zach; 4 great grandchildren: Kate, Wyatt, Carter, and Mya. Shirley was preceded in death by her 1st husband: Jack Breeding; 2nd husband: James Breeding; 1 stepdaughter: Shirley Sexton; 1 sister: Phyllis Sturgill. Funeral: 1:00 O'clock P.M. Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at the Isom Presbyterian Church with Duane Beachey officiating. Visitation: 6:00 P.M. Tuesday at the Isom Presbyterian Church. Burial will follow in the Breeding Family Cemetery at Isom, Kentucky.
