Thelma Hall, 70, of Mayking passed away Monday, January 9, 2017 at the Pikeville Medical Center. Thelma was the daughter of the late Winson and Nora Wright Webb. Surviving is her husband: Billy Van Hall; 3 sons: Billy Van (Donna) Hall II of Belton, Texas, Michael Eugene (Jackie) Hall of Mayking, and Christopher Paul (Sharon Lynn) Hall of Jeremiah; 3 daughters: Charlotte Jo (Dave) Jones of Hazard, Fredia Gail (Scotty) Bailey of Mayking, and Chasity Lynn (John) Cunniff of Whitesburg; 1 sister: Novella (Bootsie) Mullins of Mayking; 16 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren. Thelma was preceded in death by 1 son: Billy Van Hall Jr.; 2 brothers: Elmer Ray Webb and Burl Gay Webb; 1 sister: Nancy Lou Wurschmidt. Funeral: 12:00 O'clock Noon, January 14, 2017 with Johnny Mullins, Jack Howard, and Glen Pointer officiating. Visitation: 6:00 P.M. Thursday and Friday at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Webb Cemetery at Mayking, Kentucky.
