Vernon Phillip Frazier "Pete", 73, of Ermine, KY. went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, May 16, 2017. He was born in Premium, KY on May 25, 1943 where he remained a lifelong resident of Letcher County. Pete was preceded in death by his parents: Vic and Edna Frazier and brother Talbert (Tab) Frazier. Pete is survived by his wife Barbara; sons: Randay (Selena) Frazier, Tony (Misty) Frazier, daughter Lisa (Donnie) Cox and stepson: Michael (Gina) Wright; grandchildren: Morgan, Cole, Nick, Tristen, Shelby, Skylar, Christian, and Carly. He is also survived by his sister: Judy (Michael) Collins, aunt: Ruth Gibson and many nieces, nephews, and extended family. Pete was a loving father, husband, grandfather, and friend to all. Pete was a graduate of Whitesburg High School where he was a member of the Yellow Jacket football team. He was a member of Millstone Missionary Baptist Church. He enjoyed the lake, fishing, sports and being surrounded by family and friends. Funeral: 1:00 O'clock P.M. Friday, May 19, 2017 at the Millstone Missionary Baptist Church with Bill Craft, Tony Brown, and Cullen Caudill officiating. Visitation: 12:00 O'clock Noon Thursday, May 18, 2017 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Frazier Cemetery at Premium, Kentucky. The family would like to offer a special thank you to Whitesburg ARH for their loving care and support. Also thank you to Letcher Funeral Home for all of the arrangements.
