Betty Malissa Howard, 55, of Lexington passed away Thursday September 5, 2019 at the University Of Kentucky Medical Center. Betty was the daughter of the late Nelson and Phobe Adkins Fields. Surviving is her Husband: David Howard; 1 Son: John M Hoskins of Lexington; 2 Daughters: Amy Howard of Lexington; Kayla Avery of Bowling Green; 2 Brothers: Rex Fields of Cowan; Harold Dean Fields of Rocky Mount Virginia; 7 Sisters: Mary Katherine Hoskins of Florence Ky; Evelyn Cosgriff of Little Cowan; Ella (Mark) Caudill of Whitesburg; Juanita (Curtis) Caudill; Janet (Johnny) Napier of Whitesburg; Libby (Johnny) Honeycutt of Whitesburg; Helen (Danny) Roberts of Whitesburg. 2 Grandchildren: Jeffery Hoskins and Kyra Hoskins. Funeral 2:00 Sunday September 8, 2019 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Johnny Banks officiating. Visitation 1:00 P.M. Sunday September 8, 2019 at the Letcher Funeral home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Fields family cemetery at Little Cowan.
