Billy Jack Maggard, 36, of Eolia passed away Monday, January 1, 2018 at his residence. Billy was the son of the late Daniel and Lucy Earlyne Back Maggard. Surviving is his wife: Marie Nicole McCarthy Maggard; 1 brother: Jody Maggard of Cumberland; 1 sister: Cleta Amburgey of Eolia; sisters-in-law: Leeanna (Bryan) Blevins of Kingsport, Tennessee, Haley McCarthy of Wise, Virginia, and Whitney McCarthy of Wise, Virginia; uncles: Paul (Martine) Maggard, Tabby (Rose) Back, and David (Jeanette) Back all of Eolia; nieces and nephews: Cheyeanne Maggard of Eolia, Jacob Maggard and Jeremiah Maggard both of Cumberland; Blake Blevins, Nathan Blevins, and Dominic Blevins all of Kingsport, Tennessee; mother-in-law: Jennifer Sergent of Wise, Virginia. Funeral: 12:00 O'clock Noon Saturday, January 6, 2018 at the Millstone Primitive Baptist Church at Eolia with Bud Adams officiating. Visitation: 5:00 P.M. Friday at the Millstone Primitive Baptist Church. Burial will be at the Maggard Family Cemetery at Eolia, Kentucky.
