Carl Winston Hall, 75, of Whitesburg passed away Wednesday, July 18, 2018 at the Whitesburg Appalachian Regional Healthcare Center. Carl was the son of the late Harve and Callie Adkins Hall. Surviving is his wife: Anna Louise Daniel Hall; 1 brother: Ivan Reed Hall of Lexington; dearest family member: David Combs. Carl was preceded in death by 1 brother: Hubert Hall; 2 sisters: Eunice Rose Hall Mounts and Janice Hall. Funeral: 2:00 O'clock P.M. Saturday, July 21, 2018 at the Whitesburg First Baptist Church with Jerry Utt officiating. Visitation: 6:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. Friday at the Whitesburg First Baptist Church. Entombment will be at the Adkins Family Cemetery at Isom, Kentucky.
