Charles Arlie Blair, 81 of Morehead, passed away Friday, December 27, 2019 at his residence. Charles was the son of the late Eslie and Myrtle Blair. He was the widower of Margaret Blair. Surviving is 1 son: Johnny (Kelli) Maggard of Morehead; 1 brother: Rudell (Peggy) Blair of Letcher; 2 sisters: JoAnn (Bert) Adams of Letcher and Betty (Rob) Robinson of Dayton, Ohio; 2 grandchildren: Ethan and Elizabeth; 1 great grandchild: Aerian LeLand Maggard. Charles was preceded in death by 2 brothers: Bobby and Ralph. Funeral: 1:00 O'clock P.M. Thursday, January 2, 2019 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Elwood Cornett and Rhonda Stouse officiating. Visitation: 12:00 Noon Thursday at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Green Acres Cemetery at Ermine, Kentucky.
