Chelsia Smith, 35 of Sassafras passed away Saturday, September 7, 2019 at the Hazard ARH Medical Center in Hazard, Ky. Chelsia was the daughter of Debra Eldridge Caudill and the late Kirby Smith. Surviving are 1 son: Larry Wayne Harold of Whitesburg; 2 daughters: Debra Lynn Nicole Fultz and Makayla Marie Fultz both of Sassafras; 1 brother: William Smith of Whitesburg; 2 sisters: Shirley Lucas of Whitesburg and Crystal Smith of Blackey. Chelsia was preceded in death by 1 brother: George Smith. Funeral 1:00 PM Wednesday, September 11, 2019 at the Blackey Pentecostal Holiness Church with Bruce Eldridge officiating. Visitation 6:00 PM Monday at the Blackey Pentecostal Holiness Church. Burial will follow in the Family Cemetery on Mill Branch.
