David Wayne Crase, 49, of Letcher passed away Monday, August 14, 2017 at the Bluegrass Care Navigators at Hazard, Kentucky. David was the son of Janie Howard Scearce and the late J.C. Crase. Surviving other than his mother is 1 son: Daniel Crase; 1 daughter: Selina Crase; 1 sister: Renee Crase; 3 grandchildren. Funeral: 1:00 O'clock P.M. Wednesday, August 16, 2017 at the Mt. Olivet Old Regular Baptist Church with Elwood Cornett officiating. Visitation: 11:00 A.M. Wednesday at the Mt. Olivet Old Regular Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Family Cemetery at Letcher, Kentucky.
