Denise Henderson, 64, of Premium passed away Tuesday, May 15, 2018 at her residence. Denise was the daughter of the late Elwyn "Al" and Maxine Banks Henderson. Surviving is 1 son: Brian Paul Banks of Premium; 2 daughters: Christina Chadwell of Premium and Brandie Denise Banks of Linefork; 1 brother: Joseph Henderson of Roanoke, Virginia; 3 sisters: Stella Faye Adams of Hindman, Lucille Harold of Los Angeles, and Gloria Dollarhide of Premium; 8 grandchildren: Kay, Brandon, Raymond, Jerrod, Brianna, Brittany, Haley, and Tara; 1 great grandchild: Callie. Denise was preceded in death by 1 brother: Mervin Dunn Jr. Funeral: 1:00 O'clock P.M. Friday, May 18, 2018 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Tim Amburgey officiating. Visitation: 6:00 P.M. Thursday at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Al's Cemetery at Premium, Kentucky.
