Don Profitt Obituary

Clare Don Profitt, of Colson, passed away on Thursday, June 20, 2019 at Hazard ARH Hospital at Hazard, Kentucky.

Don was the son of the late Jesse and Minnie Hart Profitt being born August 23, 1950.

He was 68 years, 9 months, and 28 days at his passing.

Don enjoyed camping, going to flea markets, as well as his beloved and adored canine son, Tweetsie.

Surviving are his loving wife, Bonnie Profitt; three sons: Don Profitt, Alex Profitt (Tamara), and Ray Collins (Hannah). two brothers: Brad Profitt and Johnny Profitt; one sister: Hazel Profitt; three grandchildren: Connor Collins, Brandon Stillwell, Adam Stillwell along with a host other nieces and nephews to mourn his passing.

Don was preceded in death by two brothers: Jesse Hiram and Isaac; and seven sisters: Kay, Blanch, Onieda, Zesta, Ettia, Zella, and Irene.

Funeral: 11:00 O'clock A.M. Sunday, June 23, 2019 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation: 6:00 P.M. Saturday at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Family Homeplace at Colson, Kentucky.
