Donald Lee Quillen, 78 of Whitco, passed away Friday, October 25, 2019 at the Hazard Appalachian Regional Healthcare Center. Donald was the son of the late Dunk and Hazel Quillen. Surviving is his wife: Panthea Kenley Quillen; 2 sons: Stephen Quillen of Washington, D.C and Mike Quillen of Concord, North Carolina; 1 stepson: Samuel Douglas Cooley of Nashville, Tennessee; 1 stepdaughter: Sharon Mourer of Abilene, Texas; 2 sisters: Nina and Dina; 3 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren. Donald was preceded in death by 1 brother: J.D. Quillen. Visitation: 5:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. Tuesday, October 29, 2019 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel.
