Douglas Gale Banks, 43, of Premium passed away Wednesday, July 19, 2017 at his residence. Doug was the son of Mannie Noble Banks of Cumberland and the late Billy Wayne Banks. Surviving other than his mother is 1 brother: Billy Joe Banks of Benham; 1 sister: Michelle Adamson of Cumberland. Memorial Service: 2:00 O'clock P.M. Saturday, July 22, 2017 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation: 12:00 P.M. - 2:00 P.M. Saturday at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel.
