Elnora "Nora" (Sexton) Logan

Elnora "Nora" Sexton Logan born December 17th, 1932 and entered eternal life on February 14th 2019, being 86 years, 1 month, and 27 days at her passing.

Nora was the daughter of the late Elder John and Minnie Gibson Sexton. She was married to the late Leroy Logan for almost 41 years. They had five children, Brenda Logan Seals (husband Bill) of Colson, Carolyn Logan Hurt (husband Burt) of Cane Hollow, James Logan and Jennifer Logan Mullins both of Colson, and the late Eddie Wayne Logan who passed in December 2013. 

Mom was a wonderful person and loved by all. She loved spending time with her family and friends and going to church when she was able. She will be missed by all. Her favorite hobby was going to auctions.

She's the grandmother to Kenny Combs, Tracey Combs, Jamie Seals, Tammy Cook, Crystal Hurt, Danny Hurt, Tonya Amburgey, Sonya Collins, Tabitha Logan, and Jasper Mullins.

She's the great grandmother to Michael, Kendra, Kendall, Shae, Skylar, Jasmine, Gavin, Logan, Cameron, Aldrin, Marsoil, Matthew, Isabella, Alexis, Hannah, Bentley, and Xavier, Autumn, Bailey, and Aubree.

She is the great great grandmother of Gage and Braxton.

She is survived by four brothers: Norman Sexton (wife Wilma), Boliver Sexton (wife Jeanette), Oliver Sexton (wife Brenda) and Frances Sexton (wife Jan) and 2 sisters: Marietta Caudill and Connie Cook.

She was preceded in death by 3 brothers: Kernal, Larry, and Jerry Sexton and 2 sisters: Stella Mae Burns and Linda Sue Humphrey and 2 grandsons: Stacey Combs and Rodney Hurt. 

Funeral: 1:00 O'clock P.M. Wednesday, February 20, 2019 at the Old Carr Old Regular Baptist Church with Bordes Slone, Bill Hall, and Curt Caudill officiating. Visitation: 6:00 P.M. Monday at the Old Carr Old Regular Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Charlie Logan Cemetery at Colson, Kentucky.
