Euna Mae Whitaker, 91 of Hallie, passed away Monday, January 6, 2020 at the Letcher Manor Nursing Home. Euna was the daughter of the late R.B. and Lista Sparkman Whitaker. Surviving is 1 brother: Ova Whitaker of Hallie; 4 sisters: Mary Jane Halcomb of Hallie, Lavada Cornett of Hallie, Wanda Gaines of Shelbyville, and Ethel Baker of Hazard; 2 special people: Barbara Collins and Kaye Breeding along with a host of nieces and nephews. Euna was preceded in death by 1 sister: Inus. Funeral: 1:00 O'clock P.M. Thursday, January 9, 2020 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Danny Dixon and Bill Jones officiating. Visitation: 11:00 A.M. Thursday at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Whitaker Cemetery at Hallie, Kentucky.
