Geneva Akemon, 69, of Deane passed away Friday, June 29, 2018 at her residence. Geneva was the daughter of the late Frank and Lillie Fairchild Hall. Surviving are her husband: Danny Akemon; 1 son: Steve (Jennifer) Akemon of Deane; 1 daughter: Cindy Collins of Blackey; 1 sister: Jeanette Hall of Colson; 6 granchildren: Austin, Clayton, Dusty, Heather, Makayla, and Josiah. Geneva was preceded in death by 1 son: Eric Akemon. Funeral: 1:00 PM Sunday, July 1, 2018 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Joe Banks officiating. Visitation: 6:00 - 10:00 PM Saturday at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Green Acres Cemetery at Ermine, Kentucky.
