Glen Stamper Obituary

Glen Stamper 81 died June 11, 2019 at his home in Cumberland Virginia


Born and raised in Kentucky the son of Fred Stamper and Hazel Rizner.


He leaves behind his daughter Mitzie Stamper, Shiela Stamper, son Dan Hicks. His grandchildren Amanda and Cody and Tristan Marshall aka “Bubby” that he loved and cared for like his own.


This here describes Glen:There was an old horseman that lived in a barn. He had too many horses and dogs but didn’t give a darn. He loved them and fed them and trained them to ride and herd.... All because he loved how it made him feel inside.

Graveside Service: 2:00 O'clock P.M. Friday, June 21, 2019 at the Pearl Dixon Cemetery at Blackey, Kentucky.

The Family also wants to announce that if anyone would like to follow the hearse to the cemetery be at the Letcher Funeral Home parking lot by 1:00 O'clock P.M. Friday.
