So very sorry to hear of the passing of this kind and gentle man. I (Marlene) remember him from grade school and high school, and the one thing that was evident from every encounter was the kindness in his words and actions toward others. Although I did not see him but maybe three or four times after high school, he always smiled and in our brief conversations he remembered my siblings and me, and asked about them. Our most sincere condolences to his family and his friends.
