Helen M. Adams, 89, of Isom passed away Wednesday, February 27, 2019 at the Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center. Helen was the daughter of the late Marion Ross and Betty Jane Caudill Minor. She was the widow of Charles Adams. Surviving is 2 sons: Charles Wayne (Janice C.) Adams of Lexington and Sammy (Legina) Adams of Isom; 3 grandchildren: Ian Jeffery Adams of Isom, Kenela Jo Adams of Isom, and McKenzie Leigh Adams of Home. Helen was preceded in death by 1 son: Cornelius Adams; 1 daughter: Shirlee Jo Adams. Funeral: 1:00 O'clock P.M. Saturday, March 2, 2019 at the Isom Presbyterian Church with Duane Beachy officiating. Visitation: 6:00 P.M. Friday at the Isom Presbyterian Church. Burial will follow in the Shade Adams Cemetery at Jeremiah, Kentucky.
