Kathy Fields Wolfe, 66 of Ermine, passed away Monday, August 26, 2019 at the Ridgecrest Manor Nursing Home in Duffield, Tennessee. Kathy was the daughter of the late Jasper and Mary Fields. Kathy was a corespondent for The Mountain Eagle for years and belonged to the Whitco Freewill Baptist Church. Surviving is her husband: Edward Thomas Wolfe Sr.; 1 son: Edward Thomas Wolfe Jr. of Hindman; 1 sister: Christine Fields of Greensburg, Indiana; sister-in-law: Margaret Fields. Kathy was preceded in death by 2 brothers: Archie Ray Fields and Roger Galen Fields. Funeral: 11:00 O'clock A.M. Thursday, August 29, 2019 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Roger Bentley officiating. Visitation: 6:00 P.M. Wednesday at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel.
