Charles Blair, John Maggard & Kelly Maggard, I am sorry to hear of Mrs. Blair's passing. She was a nice neighbor and would let me visit with her around the holidays at her house. She was our neighbor for close to 14 years. I would bring food for her when my mother would bake or cook something for her. I knew she was having health problems so I didn't get to come close to her because I didn't want to catch what she had. I would talk to her and Mr. Blair on the phone at least once a week to check on her and Mr. Blair.
