Michael David Mitchell, 70, of Redstar passed away Tuesday, November 27, 2018 at his residence. Mike was the son of Janice Smith Mitchell of Redstar and the late David Mitchell. Surviving other than his mother is 5 brothers: Gary (Denise), Mark, Jody, Jamie (Kathy), Kevin (Kim),; 2 sisters: Nancy (Keith) and Sally (Ronnie); 2 children: Dallas Banks and Desiree Banks; grandchildren: Hunter, Hayden, and Hannah. Mike was preceded in death by 4 brothers: Gregory, Jeffrey, Timothy, and John; 1 son: Jamie Lee. Funeral: 12:00 O'clock Noon Sunday, December 2, 2018 at the Mt. Olivet Old Regular Baptist Church with Elwood Cornett, James Caudill, and Danny Dixon officiating. Visitation: 6:00 P.M. Saturday at the Mt. Olivet Old Regular Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Caudill Cemetery at Redstar, Kentucky.
