Oscar Moses Donnelly, 80, of Isom passed away Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at the Pikeville Medical Center. Oscar was the son of the late Felix and Sara Day Donnelly. Surviving is 4 sons: Ronnie (Marsha) of Georgia, Rodney (Kathy) Donnelly of Isom, Joe Donnelly, and Jesse Donnelly; 1 daughter: Debbie Eldridge of UZ; 1 sister: Elizabeth Johnson; 12 grandchildren along with a host of nieces and nephews. Oscar was preceded in death by 2 sons: Roger Donnelly and Ray Donnelly. Funeral: 12:00 O'clock Noon Saturday, December 15, 2018 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation: 5:00 P.M. Thursday at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel and 11:00 A.M. Friday at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Dinah Blair Cemetery at Cowan, Kentucky.
