Sally Ann Proffitt, 79, of Isom passed away Sunday, October 7, 2018 at the Whitesburg Appalachian Regional Healthcare Center. Sally was the daughter of the late Jimmy and Viola Bottomlee Frazier.Sally was a member of the Little Colley Baptist Church. She was the widow of Wallace Proffitt. Surviving is 1 son: Barry (Stephanie) Proffitt of Isom; 2 brothers: Charles Frazier of Ohio and Arnold Frazier of North Carolina; 2 sisters: Shannon Cornett of Ohio and Linda Whitaker of Florida; 3 grandchildren: Josh (Olivia) Proffitt, Lindsay Proffitt, and Chelsea Proffitt; 1 great grandchild: Beckham S. Proffitt; Sister-In-Law: Shelba Jean Proffitt of Huntsville, Alabama; a great friend: Francis Boggs. Sally was preceded in death by 1 son: Greg Proffitt; 1 grandchild: Becca Lee Proffitt; 1 brother: Jim Frazier. Memorial Service: 1:00 O'clock P.M. Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at the Little Colley Baptist Church with Bufford Combs officiating. In lieu of flowers donations are suggested to the Little Colley Baptist Church.
