Sarah Lea Mullins, 51, passed away Tuesday, November 12, 2019 at the Scott Memorial Hospital in Scottsburg, Indiana. Sarah was the daughter of the late Richard Pendleton and Nancy Carol Fields Boggs. Surviving is her husband: Ivan Mullins; 2 daughters: Janie Collins of Whitesburg and Nancy Shepherd of Leatherwood; 2 brothers: David Pendleton and Richard Johnson both of Partridge; 1 sister: Patricia Fields of Partridge; 3 grandchildren: Alexis Halcomb, Heaven Halcomb, and Jeremiah Halcomb. Sarah was preceded in death by her stepfather: Howard Taft Boggs; 1 brother: Richard Pendleton. Funeral: 11:00 O'clock A.M. Saturday, November 16, 2019 at the Tri City Pentecostal Church with Gary Ferguson and Billy Lewis officiating. Visitation: 6:00 P.M. Friday at the Tri City Pentecostal Church. Burial will follow in the Family Cemetery at Partridge, Kentucky.
