Teresa Lynn Banks, of Sandlick, passed away Friday, February 15, 2019 at the Whitesburg Appalachian Regional Healthcare Center.

Teresa was the daughter of the late John Jr. and Matilda Hale Banks. She was born December 1, 1957 being 61 years, 2 months, and 14 days of age at the time of her passing.

Surviving is 2 brothers: Eddie (Cil) of Louisville and Randy (Kathy) of Isom; 1 sister: Kathy of Sandlick; nieces and nephews that she considered her children: John, Mark (Shana), Vickie, Carl, Tillie (Chris), Justin (Jessica),and Joshie; great nieces and nephews: Nathan, Aaron, Jenna, Emmalee, Addison, Randi, Autumn, Desirae, Hannah, Natalie, Gavin, Callie, and Noah; great great nieces and nephews: Bentley, Lacey, Zadee, Zachary, Mason, and Karson; special friends: Sandra, Joan, and Kathy; special work family: David, Danny, and Charlie along with a host of special cousins, other family and friends to mourn her passing.

Teresa was preceded in death by her parents, 1 brother-in-law: David Adams; 1 great nephew: Zachary Adams.

Memorial Service and Dinner: 2:00 O'clock P.M. Sunday, February 17, 2019 at the Mountain Shrine Building in Whitesburg, Kentucky with Jerry Utt officiating.

In lieu of flowers donations are suggested to the Graham Memorial Presbyterian Church in Teresa's memory at 18 Broadway Street Whitesburg, Kentucky 41858
